Encoders Notes:
Ok, the source was 4:3, had borders, was a little bit dark and the colours looked off.
So i made a script to crop the borders, re-size (to make it 16:9) and sharpen.
I then dropped it into vdubmod.
In vdubmod i increased the contrast & gamma.
Then i spent a while sorting the colours out with a rgb eq.
It looks prety good now  as good as some R5's.
